I Love Clonakilty Competition Terms and Conditions:

  • The flights and accommodation must be booked 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE and is subject to availability.
  • The competition closes at midnight on the 12th July and the winner has 3 days from notification to accept the prize.
  • Seats must be redeemed together and are subject to availability.
  • No other expenses, including additional travel, are included as part of the prize.
  • It is the responsibility of competition winners to ensure their travel request is correct at time of booking as no responsibility will be taken by the airline for incorrect details provided.
  • Routes and validity dates are not changeable and all travel must be completed before 30th September.
  • The prize does not entitle you to a cash value in lieu and tickets are non-transferable. The prize must be used by the winner and a companion travelling together.
  • Please check with your local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.
  • Competition entrants must live in Germany and be over 18 years of age.
  • Travel insurance is not included in this prize and, if not already covered, it is recommended that you purchase insurance prior to travel.
  • EU 261 compensation cannot be claimed in the event of disruption as this flight has been given as a reward.
  • The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
  • Employees of daa and Aer Lingus and or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.
  • Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
  • Entry shows acceptance of these terms and conditions and daa’s decision is final concerning these T&Cs or any ancillary matter.
  • Flights and tickets are non-transferrable and must be taken by the winner.
  • Tickets cannot be taken over Bank holiday weekends or special events.
  • The Clonakilty Chamber of Commerce will treat all personal information obtained through each of the entrant’s registration as private and confidential and will comply with the Data Protection regulations.
  • Tickets can only be booked on the Dusseldorf - Cork route.
